All bookings and contractual terms must be done with the www.soulhimalayatreks.com or directly with the company‘ Soul Himalaya Treks & Tours’, Gokarneshwor municipality ward 15 Kathmandu Nepal.The terms and conditions of all agreements made with the company shall be governed by and prior to the rules of the Government of Nepal.Any kinds of travel via third party carrier within any parts of the trip are not the subject of concern for the company. So, any kind of liability is thus relinquished.
The company is not liable for any kinds of strikes, riots, industrial action, wars, sickness quarantine, and weather condition during or after the trek. Although the company, the trekking guides and other personnel appointed by the company will do their best to achieve all the trekking or holiday aims, the guides or concerned personnel can also take some important decisions during the trek with regards to the health, safety, well being and comfort of an individual or a group of individual. The bookings can only be cancelled by the concerned authority by submitting a fair reason and a signed letter by the company director.
The company will not organize any kinds of insurance for you. This has to be done entirely on your own concern before or while coming on the trip.
The Company will not be liable for any illness injury or death occurred during a trip nor will it be liable for any uninsured losses on your property.
Should a cancellation arise the following scale of charges will apply:
A: No refund or compensation will be awarded for any unused services booked for your trip, e.g. flights, hotels, accommodation.
B: Cancellation by the company of a trip will entitle you to a full refund of all sums paid unless cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the control of the company and further if such cancellation is covered under the travel insurance. No claim for compensation for loss of enjoyment of a trip/holiday will be paid.
C. Cancellation of any booking more than four weeks before the departure of the trip must be made in writing after which the repayment of all sums paid by you excluding any costs incurred by us in the course of the preparation of your trip/holiday (plus 25% for our troubles) will be returned to you as soon as practical.
D. Cancellation less than four weeks (28 days) before departure will result in the total loss of any deposit paid.
E. Cancellation less than 28 days before departure will result in liability for or loss of 100% of the total cost of the trip.
Your Responsibilities The company will not be liable for any kinds of delays occurred due to any kinds of initial arrangements not completed by the client. Thus, the company is not liable if the flight is jeopardized, delayed or rejected because of any matters relating to the client
Any kinds of complaints regarding the trip must be made to the group leader or chief guide either in writing or oral. If you feel that your complaints have not been successfully dealt with, they must be presented to the company within one month of your return from the trek.
To book a trip, you have to provide a absolutely completed form of the specified trip and the requested deposit too.
The balance due is to be payable no less than 4 weeks before arrival. Failure to make the payment will leave the booking illicit and unscheduled.
All the payments are to be made by wire transfer to an account provided by the company.
