Trekking Season in Nepal

Generally the two best known trekking season of Nepal are after falls and after winter. The month mid of the September to mid of December is considered as the best trekking season in Himalayas. During this time period, the condition of the weather is neither hot nor cold so the mountains are visible crystal clear. Another best season for trekking on Nepal is after winter. Due to the sun the climate gets warmer in spring time and trekkers can enjoy the comfortable climate condition. 
 
Autumn (September-November)
This season is considered as the best trekking season for the trekking in Nepal. Fall season is held on the month of September, October and November. During this time period of season, it offers excellent weather and breath-taking mountain views and making it a good time for trekking. The sky is generally clear which helps to offer outstanding views. 
 
Winter (December-February)
The days are clear in winter season in Nepal. December, January and February months are cold days in mountain. During this season in Nepal it usually snow fall in the higher altitude with colder temperatures. Hence, if you are looking for suitable time period and incredible scenery, this would be a great time to Trek in lower elevations. 
 
Spring (March-May)
Spring season in Nepal is one of the most beautiful time period for trekking and mountain climbing. This season offers varieties of flora blossoming of giant rhododendrons above 3000m. During this time higher altitude trekking are more comfortable and provides excellent mountains view. 
 
Summer (June-August)
The main rainy season month in Nepal is June, July and August. Due to the heavy rainfall the trekking condition on this time period is unfavorable. However this season is ideal for trekking in Tibet and the regions of Nepal connected to Tibet and parts of Nepal like Mustang and Dolpo regions which are alternative behind Himalayas.
